Amy Michie is a Partner in the firm of Sutton Frost Cary LLP. She has 18 years of experience in public accounting and is the firm’s designated not-for-profit Partner. She has extensive experience in all phases of the audit process and is especially active in the not-for-profit sector. Dr. Randy Napier
Dr. Randy Napier logged over 25 years of experience in management and consulting, with the last 20 years dedicated to enterprise resource planning software (ERP) and business process redesign projects. Dr. Napier joined UTA in 2017 and is currently Co-Director of the Executive MBA and Clinical Associate Professor.
Shimon Rothschild works designing and implementing enterprise and supply chain management systems for mid-size businesses. His experience spans the process from collecting information on the factory floor to aggregating sales data for executives. He hosts training sessions in identifying, collecting, storing and displaying data, for decision support and business reengineering. He is a member of (ISC)2, an association for information security leaders, and InfraGard, a partnership between U.S. businesses and the FBI.
Dr. William Seeger
Dr. William Seeger has twenty years of experience as an International Transfer Pricing Economist in public accounting and three years’ experience as a field agent in the Internal Revenue Service where he served as an Industry Economist in Transfer Pricing for IRS Comprehensive Examination Tax Audits with regard to Multinational Enterprises. He was a Tax Principal in KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services Group until his retirement in 2014. He was a Senior Economist and Practice Leader for the Economic and Valuation Services Group for the Dallas and Denver Business Units. He also served as the Southwest area lead for KPMG’s Economic Consulting Practice. Before joining KPMG, he was a Tax Principal and Senior Economist with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transfer Pricing practice.
