Robert Allen, CFA, ABV
Robert J. Allen has over 20 years of financial advisory and valuation experience. His areas of expertise include business valuation, intangible asset valuation, and value enhancement consulting. He has valued held businesses and partnerships in a variety of industries for a variety of purposes, including tax reporting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, litigation support, management consulting, succession planning and transactional advisory support. 

Michael Benedict, CExP
Mike Benedict is an advisor and consultant who specializes in succession and exit planning for business owners. Mike is with The Milestone Group which is a wealth management firm wholly owned by BOK Financial Corporation. For over 25 years Mike has been a financial advisor specializing in providing financial planning and investment advisory services for high net worth families.

Dr. Stevie Dawn Blakely

Dr. Stevie Dawn Blakely
Dr. Stevie Dawn is the founder and CEO for Orange Compass, LLC. Teaching and training are in Dr. Blakely’s blood. After 12 years in higher education and obtaining her doctorate degree from Colorado State University, she knew it was time for a new challenge. She decided to take her love of training and culture, along with her education in leadership and Emotional Intelligence to create a corporate training company that would help others. Dr. Blakely wants to challenge people to change their workplace behaviors; to become impactful leaders; to empower their employees. 

Dr. William Crowder
Dr. William Crowder earned his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from Arizona State University. He joined the faculty in Economics at The University of Texas in 1992. Dr. Crowder has published numerous articles in academic journals including Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Futures Markets, Economic Inquiry, Canadian Journal of Economics, Journal of Money Credit and Banking, Journal of Finance and others. His areas of expertise lie in Open Economy Macroeconomics, International Finance and Time Series Econometrics.

Felix J. Lozano, III, CPA
Felix Lozano is the Partner in Charge of Whitley Penn’s Dallas office. Felix has more 30 years of experience in auditing public and private companies. He oversees the audit practice at the firm with a focus on manufacturing, wholesale & retail, employee benefit plans, and not-for-profit industries.

Dr. Richard Mark is a versatile academic with educational backgrounds in science, engineering, law, and accounting. He brings a valuable blend of academic and practical experience. Significant expertise in financial accounting, taxation, law, and behavioral psychology. Dr. Mark offers a proven capacity to drive innovation and improvement in administration, education, training, and professional development combined with formidable skill in presentations, negotiations, and dispute resolution. 

Amy Michie

Amy Michie, CPA
Amy Michie is a Partner in the firm of Sutton Frost Cary LLP. She has 18 years of experience in public accounting and is the firm’s designated not-for-profit Partner. She has extensive experience in all phases of the audit process and is especially active in the not-for-profit sector. Amy is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, Texas Society of CPA’s and the Dallas Chapter of CPA’s. She is the Treasurer of North Texas Higher Educational Authority, Inc. and is a Finance Committee member for Society for Arts, Music, Architecture, Sciences DBA SPARK!. 

Dr. Randy Napier
Dr. Randy Napier logged over 25 years of experience in management and consulting, with the last 20 years dedicated to enterprise resource planning software (ERP) and business process redesign projects. Dr. Napier joined UTA in 2017 as Co-Director of the Executive MBA and Clinical Associate Professor. 

Shimon Rothschild
Shimon Rothschild works designing and implementing enterprise and supply chain management systems for mid-size businesses. His experience spans the process from collecting information on the factory floor to aggregating sales data for executives. He hosts training sessions in identifying, collecting, storing and displaying data, for decision support and business reengineering. He is a member of (ISC)2, an association for information security leaders, and InfraGard, a partnership between U.S. businesses and the FBI.


Dr. William Seeger

Dr. William Seeger
Dr. William Seeger has twenty years of experience as an International Transfer Pricing Economist in public accounting and three years’ experience as a field agent in the Internal Revenue Service where he served as an Industry Economist in Transfer Pricing for IRS Comprehensive Examination Tax Audits with regard to Multinational Enterprises. He was a Tax Principal in KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services Group until his retirement in 2014. He was a Senior Economist and Practice Leader for the Economic and Valuation Services Group for the Dallas and Denver Business Units. He also served as the Southwest area lead for KPMG’s Economic Consulting Practice. Before joining KPMG, he was a Tax Principal and Senior Economist with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transfer Pricing practice.
